Dean runs Active Sports Massage in Edinburgh and has worked in the sports and fitness industry since 2009, beginning his career as a gym instructor before becoming a personal trainer. He combines practical fitness knowledge with targeted massage techniques to help clients recover, reduce pain, and improve overall wellbeing.

He is a qualified therapist in both Sports Massage and Swedish Massage, having completed Swedish Massage training in 2013 and Sports Massage in 2014.

Dean has experience treating people from all walks of life. He has worked alongside physiotherapists on referral schemes, supporting patient rehabilitation in the gym with appropriate, tailored exercise programmes.
